To pair the N26 earbuds with your device, follow these steps:
1. Open the lid of the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. The LED on the earbuds will flash blue, then turn to red and blue alternately. You will also hear a prompt sound "Power on - Pairing" if you wear the earbuds.
2. Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone and search for the device named "N26". Once you find it, select it to connect. You should hear a prompt sound "Connected" if you wear the earbuds.
Note: Each time you use your earbuds, they will automatically connect to your last successfully connected device. If there is no device connected within 5 minutes, the earbuds will automatically power off.
If you encounter any issues with pairing, you can try resetting the earbuds to their factory settings. To do this, tap both earbuds 5 times simultaneously to clean the pairing record with the last paired device. Then, put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. Open the charging case, turn on Bluetooth on your device, and search for and connect to "N26". They should work properly. If the issue persists, please repeat the steps or contact customer service for further assistance.
