The mounting instructions for the MechaTronix Luminus Modular Passive Star LED Cooler are provided in the manual. The cooler can be mounted using different methods depending on the specific model of the Luminus LED array. Here are the common mounting methods:
1. Direct Mounting: For certain Luminus Gen 4 COB Array models (CIM-14, CLM-14, CXM-14, CXM-18, CIM-22, CLM-22, CXM-22), you can directly mount the LED array to the cooler using two self-tapping screws (M3 x 6mm). The indicator marks for this method are red for Gen 4 COB Arrays and blue for Gen 3 COB Arrays.
2. Mounting with LED Holder: For some Luminus Gen 4 COB Array models (CXM-9, CXM-14, CXM-18) and Luminus Dynamic COB Warm Dimming Modules (CDM-14, CDM-18), you can use the Zahra Book 3 LED holder or Zhaga Book 3 LED holder to mount the LED array to the cooler. The indicator marks for this method are green.
3. Mounting with Spotlight Connector: For certain Luminus Gen 4 COB Array models (CXM-9, CXM-14, CXM-18, CXM-22) and Luminus Gen 3 COB Array models (CXM-11, CIM-14, CLM-14, CXM-14, CXM-18, CLM-22, CXM-22), you can use the BJB spotlight connector (47.319.2021, 47.319.2281, 47.319.2033) to mount the LED array to the cooler. The indicator marks for this method are green.
4. Mounting with TE Connectivity Lumawise or Lumazine: For certain Luminus Gen 4 COB Array models (CXM-9, CXM-14, CXM-18) and Luminus Gen 3 COB Array models (CXM-11, CIM-14, CLM-14, CXM-14, CXM-18), you can use the TE Connectivity Lumawise type Z50 (2213254) or Lumazine type Z50 (2213254) to mount the LED array to the cooler. The indicator marks for this method are green.
