To assemble the pump head for the FP212G Flextool Submersible Pump, you will need the following components: FLX EYE NUT 0.375” BSW, FLX CAMLOCK ADAPTOR 50MM, FLX STRAINER ALUMINIUM, FLX BOLT 0.375” BSW x 2.5”, FLX ASSY PUMP HEAD GENERAL, FLX ASSY PUMP HEAD TOP ALUMINIUM, FLX HOUSING ADAPTOR, FLX O-RING, FLX SEAL, FLX CIRCLIP EXTERNAL, FLX BEARING NSK 6204, FLX SPACER, FLX BEARING NACHI 5204, FLX SPINDLE, FLX SLEEVE, FLX HOUSING ALUMINIUM, FLX WEAR PLATE, FLX xxxx CSK M6X12, FLX IMPELLER CAST IRON, and FLX ASSY PUMP HEAD TOP CAST IRON.
1. Start by attaching the FLX EYE NUT 0.375” BSW to the pump head assembly using the FLX BOLT 0.375” BSW x 2.5”. Repeat this step for all three eye nuts.
2. Attach the FLX CAMLOCK ADAPTOR 50MM to the pump head assembly. This step is only applicable for the FP212G and FP212A models.
3. Install the FLX STRAINER ALUMINIUM or FLX STRAINER CAST IRON, depending on the model (FP212G and FP212A use the aluminum strainer, while FP212C uses the cast iron strainer).
4. Assemble the FLX ASSY PUMP HEAD GENERAL or FLX ASSY PUMP HEAD TOP ALUMINIUM, depending on the model (FP212G and FP212A use the general pump head assembly, while FP212C uses the top aluminum pump head assembly).
5. Attach the FLX HOUSING ADAPTOR to the pump head assembly.
6. Install the FLX O-RING, FLX SEAL, FLX CIRCLIP EXTERNAL, FLX BEARING NSK 6204, FLX SPACER, and FLX BEARING NACHI 5204 in the appropriate locations as indicated in the manual.
7. Attach the FLX SPINDLE to the pump head assembly.
8. Install the FLX SLEEVE, FLX HOUSING ALUMINIUM or FLX HOUSING CAST IRON, FLX WEAR PLATE, FLX xxxx CSK M6X12, and FLX IMPELLER CAST IRON in the appropriate locations as indicated in the manual.
9. Repeat the above steps for the FLX ASSY PUMP HEAD TOP CAST IRON if applicable.
