To install the DING HUA TECHNOLOGY DH-A1L-C BGA Rework Station, you must ensure that the installation site meets the following conditions:
1. The installation site should be away from flammable and explosive materials.
2. Do not splash water or other liquids on the rework station.
3. The installation site should be well-ventilated and dry.
4. Choose a stable and flat area that is less susceptible to vibration.
5. The installation site should have minimal dust.
6. Do not place heavy objects on top of the control box.
7. Avoid placing the rework station near air-conditioners, heaters, or fans.
8. Leave at least 30cm of space to move and rotate around the upper and back of the rework station.
Additionally, the power requirements for the rework station are as follows:
1. Use a power supply with a smaller voltage fluctuation.
2. Voltage fluctuations should be within 220V±10.
3. Frequency fluctuations should be within 50Hz±3.
