To print a document from your Mac using the LOFFLER Konica Minolta iSeries printer, follow these steps:
1. Open the document you want to print on your Mac.
2. Go to the "File" menu and select "Print".
3. In the print settings window, you will see the following options:
- Printer: Select the LOFFLER Konica Minolta iSeries printer from the list of available printers.
- Presets: Choose any preset settings you want to apply to the print job. You can also create and save your own presets.
- Copies: Enter the number of copies you want to print.
- Pages: Choose whether to print the entire document or specific pages or a page range.
4. In the "Output Method" section, you can choose how the document will be printed. Options include:
- Collate: Keeps documents sorted as a set. You can choose whether to print each page once or multiple times before moving to the next page.
- Offset: Prints each document set slightly to the left or right of the previous set for easy separation.
- Print: Directly prints out the document.
- Secure Print: Holds the document at the printer until you enter the ID and password to release it. The default auto-delete time is 24 hours.
- Save in User Box: Saves the document in a User Box (file folder) on the printer until you print it or for a pre-determined time.
- Proof Print: Prints one document for review and asks you to release the remaining copies if the output is correct.
- User Authentication / Account Tracking: If a password is required to print, you can enter it here.
5. In the "Layout / Finish" section, you can choose the layout and finishing options for the print job. Options include:
- Print Type: Choose single-sided, double-sided, or booklet prints.
- Binding Position: Choose where the page turns when printing booklets.
- Staple, Punch, Fold & Staple, Page Fold Setting: Check the boxes to enable these finishing options if available on the printer.
6. In the "Paper Tray / Output Tray" section, you can select the paper trays and output trays for the print job. You can also specify the paper type for each tray.
7. In the "Per Page Setting" section, you can set the device to pull different pages or sections from different trays if needed.
8. In the "Quality Basic/Application" section, you can choose the color settings, image quality, resolution, and other print quality options.
9. In the "Stamp/Composition" section, you can add stamps, watermarks, dates, times, page numbers, headers, or footers to the document before printing.
10. Once you have selected all the desired print settings, click the "Print" button to start the print job.
