To mount the MechaTronix ModuLED Giga-HBG Semiconductors High Bay LED Cooler, follow these steps:
1. Ensure you have a high thermal conductive interface between the LED module and the LED cooler. MechaTronix recommends using thermal grease, a thermal pad, or a phase change thermal pad with a thickness of 0.1-0.15mm. These thermal pads can be pre-applied by MechaTronix.
2. The LED cooler is designed to fit MCPCBs (Metal Core Printed Circuit Boards) with Osram Opto high power OSCONIQ®, DURIS®, and OSLON® LEDs up to Pe 162W. The LED cooler offers several mounting options:
- 2x M3 holes at 35mm (Green indicator marks)
- 2x M3 holes at 45.25mm (Red indicator marks)
- 4x M4 holes at 58.42mm (Blue indicator marks)
