To install the EMERSON RP4AF Bettis RTS Relay Board Electric Actuator, follow these steps:
1. Remove all power supplies before starting the installation.
2. Gather the necessary tools: needle nose pliers, Philips screwdriver, flat screwdriver, Allen key 5, and socket wrench 5.
3. Ensure you have the required materials: 1x relay board RP4AF, 2x steel xxxx M3x16, 3x plastic distance 8 mm, 1x plastic xxxx M3x15, 1x plastic nut M3, and 2x lock plates M3 red.
4. Unscrew the 4 hexagon socket screws from the cover and carefully remove it, taking care not to damage the connection cable between the display and logic board.
5. Unscrew the 4 cross recessed screws from the existing logic board and tilt it carefully towards you.
6. Disconnect the cable with the 10-pole connector from the logic board and connect it to the relay board.

11. When installing the display cover, pay attention to the O-ring, which must be correctly positioned between the cover and housing. Secure the cover with the 4 hexagon socket screws.
