To install the sensors for the PCE TDS 100 Ultrasonic flow meter, follow these steps:
1. Find a suitable position in the piping system: Look for a long, straight section of pipe that is completely filled with liquid and does not contain any air bubbles. Avoid pipes with synthetic liners, as they can interfere with the ultrasonic waves.
2. Prepare the pipe: Ensure that the pipe is clean and free from any dirt or debris. Grind or polish the area where you plan to place the sensors to ensure good contact.

6. Fine-tune the spacing: To ensure accurate measurement values, adjust the spacing between the sensors until the time constant in window M90 of the device is exactly 100%. This fine adjustment helps to optimize the measurement accuracy.
7. Check signal strength and quality: Once the sensors are installed, check the signal strength (Q) and signal quality (H) values in window M01 of the device. The signal strength should be above 700, and the signal quality should be above 60 for reliable measurements.
