To assemble the JAMARA 460403 Push-Car Mercedes-AMG G 63, follow these steps:
1. Assembling the steering column:
- Slide the steering column from the bottom through the hole in the body.
- Insert the bent end of the steering column into the gap at the bottom of the body.
- Fix the whole thing with a washer and a split pin. Bend the ends of the split pin back using a pair of pliers.
2. Steering wheel assembly:
- Install the steering wheel in the intended position and secure it with the locking xxxx and nut. For easier assembly, hold the steering rod underneath and, if necessary, push against it.
3. Installation of the spare cover:
- Install the spare cover in the appropriate fittings as shown until they are locked in place.
4. Backrest assembly:
- Insert the backrest into the designated location at the rear upper end of the car.
5. Placing the battery:
- Lift the seat and open the battery cover in the storage area.
- Put 4 AA batteries, ensuring they are correctly inserted.
- Replace the battery cover and secure it with the provided xxxx .
