To enable the ZPC agent on your Zebra printers for the VIQF Printers service, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure your printers support the Asset Visibility Agent/ZPC. All Link-OS printers with OS version 4.0 or above come with the Visibility Agent supported.
2. Ensure that your printers are connected to the Internet at all times.
3. Check that your printers are connected to the Internet directly, without being blocked by a firewall or content filters.
4. Verify that your printers can reach the address https://avs.zpc.zebra.com and Server Port: 443.
5. Allow the communication of data to the cloud via HTTPS/WS port 443.
By following these steps, you will enable the ZPC agent on your Zebra printers, allowing them to communicate with the VIQF Printers service and provide you with operational data on the VIQF Dashboard. For more detailed instructions and information, please refer to the ZPC Guide provided by Zebra.
