To install the Tenda U12 Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter, you can follow these steps:
1. Package contents: Make sure you have all the items included in the package, including the Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter, USB Extension Cable, CD Resource, and Install Guide. If anything is missing or damaged, contact the vendor for a replacement.
2. Choose the installation method: You have two options for connecting the wireless USB adapter to your computer. Method 1 is to connect it using the USB extension cable, and Method 2 is to connect it directly to the USB port of your computer. It is recommended to use the USB extension cable for better wireless performance.
3. Install the Tenda network adapter program: Insert the included CD resource into your computer's CD drive. If your computer doesn't have a CD drive, you can download the program from the Tenda website (www.tendacn.com). Access the CD resource folder on your computer and double-click on Setup.exe.
