To replace the batteries in the NORMAN RC-A01 5 Group Remote Control, follow these steps:
1. Unscrew the battery cover on the back of the remote using a screwdriver.
2. Press and slide down the cover to remove it.
3. Install two CR2032 batteries with the positive (+) side facing up.
4. Reinstall the battery cover by sliding it back into place.
5. Make sure to remove the protective film before using the remote.
