There could be a few reasons why the USB-C port on your Goal Zero Sherpa 100PD is not outputting 100W. First, make sure that the cable you are using is capable of handling 100W. It is recommended to use licensed and certified cables, as some third-party cables may not work properly. If you are using the correct cable and still not getting the desired output, try resetting the port by pressing the corresponding button on/off. If the problem persists, it is advised to contact the Goal Zero Customer Solutions Center at 888-794-6250 for further assistance.
