To mount the MechaTronix 13450-B Osram Opto Semiconductors Modular Passive Star LED Cooler, you have several options. The LED cooler is designed to fit MCPCBs (Metal Core Printed Circuit Boards) with Osram Opto high power OSCONIQ®, DURIS®, and OSLON® LEDs up to Pe 110W. The mounting options are as follows:
1. 2x M3 holes at 32.24mm (Blue indicator marks)
2. 2x M3 holes at 35mm (Green indicator marks)
3. 2x M3 holes at 45.25mm (Red indicator marks)
You can choose the mounting option that aligns with your specific LED module. For complete mounting options, please refer to the product drawing and dimensions provided in the instruction manual.
It is recommended to use a high thermal conductive interface between the LED module and the LED cooler. MechaTronix suggests using thermal grease, a thermal pad, or a phase change thermal pad with a thickness of 0.1-0.15mm. You can obtain thermal pads or phase change thermal pads from MechaTronix.
If you have any further questions or need assistance in verifying the compatibility of your LED module, it is recommended to contact MechaTronix directly. Their contact information is provided in the manual.
Please note that the information provided here is a summary based on the instruction manual. For detailed instructions and specific guidelines, it is always best to refer to the official manual provided by the manufacturer.
