To switch on the TROTEC SL800R ultrasound measuring instrument, follow these steps:
1. Make sure a probe is assembled and the headphones are possibly connected.
2. Slowly turn down the thumbwheel (3) until it clicks into place.
3. The LEDs at the bar graph (2) will light up briefly from MAX to MIN.
4. The LED next to MIN will be permanently illuminated.
5. The SL800R is now switched on and ready to use.
