To pair the syozen Z2 Wireless Controller with your Nintendo Switch, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the Switch and go to the home screen.
2. Select "Controller" from the menu.
3. Choose "Change Grip/Order".
4. Hold the Home button and the B button on the controller until the light turns red. Wait for a moment.
5. Once the pairing is successful, the light on the controller will stay red.
Note: If your Switch is in sleep mode, you can simply press the Home button on the controller to wake it up and establish a connection.
For wired connection, you can connect the controller to the Switch or its dock using a USB-C cable.
