To ensure that your phone is charging successfully with the YOOTECH X2 Wireless Charger, follow these steps:
1. Connect the charger to a certified 5V,2A adapter or a 9V,2A fast charging adapter.
2. Plug the charger into a power source using the USB port. The indicator on the charger will light up for 3 seconds to indicate that the power is on.
3. Place your phone on the charging stand and make sure it is positioned at the sweet spot for effective charging. The LED indicator on the charger will light up for 16 seconds to indicate that the charging process has started.
4. If your phone is charged successfully, the LED indicator will remain lit for 16 seconds and then turn off to ensure a sleep-friendly charging process.
It is important to note that the effective induction distance for charging is between 4mm-6mm, and the charger is equipped with 2 coils for better charging efficiency. Make sure to position your phone properly on the charging stand to ensure optimal charging.
