To clean the Gotham 2108 Steel Sandwich Maker And Toaster, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool completely.
2. Use paper towels to wipe off any excess grease or residue left on the unit's surface.
3. You may use a wooden or plastic spatula to scrape off any remaining food residue.
4. Wipe the surface clean with a soft, damp cloth.
5. Use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe the outside of the unit.
6. Never store the unit while it is hot or still plugged in. Always unplug the unit and allow it to cool.
7. Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance. Do not put any stress on the cord where it connects to the unit, as this could cause the cord to fray and break.
