To adjust the height of the desk, follow these steps:
1. Turn the tension xxxx counter-clockwise to unlock the height adjustment.
2. Place your hands on both sides of the top and pull up to lift the desk or press down to lower the height.
3. Once you have reached your desired height, turn the tension xxxx clockwise until snug to secure the table height.
