To connect the DYN-I-8000 Triaxial MEMS Gyroscopes to a power supply, follow these steps:
1. Identify the cable code/pin configuration of the sensor connector. The general configuration is as follows:
- Red: V+ Power supply voltage +6 to +20 VDC
- Black: Ground Power GND
- X-Axis: Yellow (+), Purple (-)
- Y-Axis: Blue (+), Green (-)
- Z-Axis: White (+), Orange (-)
2. Connect the power supply voltage (+6 to +20 VDC) to the Red cable.
3. Connect the ground power (GND) to the Black cable.
4. Connect the analog output voltage signals for each axis to your data acquisition system or other devices according to the cable color codes.
Important: Never connect the power supply and/or the power ground to any other cables (yellow, purple, blue, green, white, orange, brown, grey, and pink). Also, never connect the power supply to the power ground. Always use a clean power source and check the voltage range.
