To charge the RENPHO ES-30M-US Body Fat Scale, you can use the USB cord that is included with the scale. You have several options for charging the scale: you can connect it to an AC adapter, a power bank, a laptop, or a desktop PC. The scale has a powerful 200mAh battery that only needs to be recharged 2-3 times per year with typical use. It does not require external batteries. The battery takes about three to four hours to charge completely. Before using the scale for the first time, please click the RESET button on the scale's back.
