To set up the UeeVii CPE450 Outdoor CPE for video transmission, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the CPE to a power source using the PoE adapter provided. Make sure to connect the PoE port on the adapter to the CPE's LAN port.
2. Connect the CPE to your IP camera or video recorder using a network cable. Connect the other end of the network cable to the LAN port on the PoE adapter.
3. Connect your computer to the LAN port on the PoE adapter using another network cable.
4. Find the number displayed on the CPE's digital display tube. This number corresponds to the CPE's IP address. Refer to the manual for the specific IP address corresponding to each number.
5. Modify your computer's IP address to be on the same network segment as the CPE's IP address. For example, if the CPE's IP address is 192.168.255.101, you can set your computer's IP address to 192.168.255.xxx (where xxx is a number between 2 and 254).
6. Open a web browser on your computer and enter the CPE's IP address (e.g., 192.168.255.101) to access the CPE's configuration page.
7. Enter the default account password "admin/admin" to log in to the CPE's configuration page.
8. From the configuration page, you can set up the CPE for video transmission. Select the appropriate mode (AP or Client) and configure the matching ID for both the AP and Client sides. Make sure to use the same matching ID for both sides.
9. Save the settings and the CPE will be configured for video transmission.
Please note that these are general instructions and it is recommended to refer to the UeeVii CPE450 Outdoor CPE's user manual for detailed instructions and specific settings.
