To change the temperature unit from Fahrenheit to Celsius or vice versa on the ThermoPro TP16S Digital Meat Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the "SET" button for about 3 seconds until the current temperature unit (°F or °C) starts flashing on the display.
2. While the temperature unit is flashing, press the "UP" or "DOWN" button to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
3. Once you have selected the desired temperature unit, press the "SET" button again to confirm and save the setting.
4. The thermometer will now display temperatures in the selected unit.
