There could be a few reasons why the product is not working when your dog barks. First, make sure that the collar is fitted snugly, yet loose enough to allow one finger to fit between the strap and your pet's neck. If it is too tight or too loose, it may affect the product's functionality. Additionally, some dogs may have weak barking, so you may need to increase the sensitivity level of the collar. If your dog has a thick coat, it may also decrease the barking detection, so you can try using longer prongs. Refer to the manual for instructions on adjusting sensitivity levels and strap length.
