To connect the Catit 43758 Smart Mouse Camera to Wi-Fi, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your Wi-Fi is 2.4 GHz, as the camera does not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi.
2. Open the Catit PIXI app on your smartphone.
3. Select the Catit 43758 Smart Mouse Camera device.
4. The app will ask you to provide your wireless router information (SSID and password).
5. The app will generate a QR code containing this information.
6. Use the camera to scan the QR code.
7. The camera will use the information from the QR code to automatically connect to your Wi-Fi network.
8. The Wi-Fi LED on the back of the camera will blink blue when it is ready to connect and will turn steady blue when it is connected to Wi-Fi.
If the Wi-Fi LED is not blinking after the camera is switched on, you can press the reset button at the bottom of the device with a pen for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi LED starts blinking. If you are having trouble establishing a Wi-Fi connection or experiencing video streaming issues, make sure you are within range of the Wi-Fi signal and there are no obstructions weakening the signal strength.
