To perform a factory reset on the Shenzhen Transmart Technology TD6 Mini PC when you forget the password, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Start menu and click on the Power button.
2. While holding the Shift key, click on Restart.
3. Select "Troubleshoot" from the options.
4. Choose "Reset this PC" from the Troubleshoot menu.
5. Select "Remove everything" to erase all data on the mini PC.
6. Choose "Just remove my files" to perform a quick reset.
