To properly use the CONTEC CMS50M LED Pulse Oximeter, please follow these steps:
1. Insert the two AAA-size batteries into the device, making sure to insert them in the correct direction.
2. Put on the cover of the device.
3. Open the clip on the device.
4. Place the user's finger into the rubber cushions of the clip, ensuring that the finger is in the correct position.
5. Clip the finger securely in the device.
6. Press the switch button once on the front panel to turn on the device.
7. Keep the finger still and relaxed during the measurement process.
8. Wait for the device to display the measured values on the screen.
9. Read the oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate values directly from the screen.
It is important to note that the device should not be used on infants or neonatal users. The product is suitable for adults with a weight between 40kg and 110kg. If you experience any abnormal conditions during the measurement process, such as abnormal readings on the screen, remove the finger and reinsert it to restore normal use.
