To pair the receiver and transmitter of the ThermoPro TP08B Wireless Meat Thermometer, you can follow these steps:
1. Make sure both the receiver and transmitter have fresh batteries installed.
2. Turn on the receiver by pressing the /SYNC button. The receiver will enter synchronization mode automatically.
3. Within 30 seconds of turning on the receiver, press any button on the receiver to transmit a signal.
4. The transmitter will automatically search for the signal and connect with it if found. If successful, the transmitter's screen will display a solid blue light.
5. If the pairing is unsuccessful, the transmitter's screen will display a blinking blue light. In this case, you can try manually pairing the transmitters by following these steps:
a. Press any button on one transmitter while holding down the PROBE1/ALARM button on another transmitter for 5 seconds.
b. Release the buttons and wait for the blue light on the second transmitter to turn solid.
c. Repeat this process for any additional transmitters you want to pair.
6. Once the pairing is successful, the receiver and transmitters will be connected, and you can start using the thermometer to monitor temperatures.
Please note that when multiple transmitters are paired together, they will share their clock settings with each other, so they will always display the same time on their screens. If you want to use multiple transmitters simultaneously, make sure they are not sharing their clock settings with each other.
