To reset the ARRIS SB6141 SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem to its factory default settings, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the cable modem.
2. Wait for five seconds.
3. Plug the power cord back into the cable modem.
4. Wait for the lights on the front panel of the cable modem to stop blinking and display a steady light pattern.
5. Press and hold the reset button on the back of the cable modem for at least 15 seconds, and then release it.
6. Wait for all of the lights on the front panel of the cable modem to stop blinking and display a steady light pattern.
7. Unplug the power cord from the back of the cable modem, wait for five seconds, and then plug it back in again.
8. Wait for all of the lights on the front panel of the cable modem to stop blinking and display a steady light pattern before using it again.
Please note that resetting the cable modem will erase any customized settings and restore it to its original factory settings.
