To install the Tenda U1 300Mbps High Gain Wireless USB Adapter, please follow these steps:
1. Insert the wireless USB adapter into an available USB port on your PC.
- Note: The adapter is compatible with Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10, Linux, and Mac OS.
2. If you are using Windows 10, the program will install automatically and you can connect to WiFi directly. If you are using a different operating system, continue to the next step.
3. Insert the included CD into your PC's CD drive.
4. Open the CD file and double click on "Setup.exe" to run the adapter program.
5. Check the box that says "Accept the agreement" and then click "Install Now". Make sure the installation directory does not include Chinese characters, as this may cause the installation to fail.
6. The installation process will take a few minutes. Please be patient.
7. Once the installation is complete, click "Done" to finish the setup.
8. After successfully installing the wireless USB adapter and the Tenda Network Adapter program, you can now connect to a wireless network.
9. Find your WiFi network and click on it.
10. Enter the WiFi password and click "OK".
11. You should now be connected to the WiFi network.
