To clean your Apple Watch and its bands, follow these steps:
1. Turn off your Apple Watch by pressing and holding the side button, then sliding the Power Off slider to the right.
2. Remove the band from your Apple Watch by depressing the band release buttons and sliding the band out.
3. Wipe your Apple Watch clean with a nonabrasive, lint-free cloth. If necessary, you can lightly dampen the cloth with fresh water.
4. Dry your Apple Watch with a nonabrasive, lint-free cloth. Do not use any external heat source, such as a hair dryer, to dry it.
5. Clean the band separately by wiping it with a nonabrasive, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with fresh water. For leather bands, do not soak them in water and avoid storing them in direct sunlight, high temperatures, or high humidity.
6. After cleaning, let both your Apple Watch and the band air dry thoroughly before reattaching the band to your Apple Watch.
Note: This cleaning information applies to Apple-branded bands only. For all other bands, follow the care information provided with the band.
It's important to keep your Apple Watch clean and dry to prevent any damage or skin irritation.
