To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit on the FACEIL JPD-FR203 Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the Mode button for two seconds to enter the F1 menu (temperature unit setting).
2. Use the "-" button to navigate and select Fahrenheit.
3. After selecting Fahrenheit, press and hold the Mode button to exit the menu and save the setting.
Once you have correctly set Fahrenheit, the thermometer will continue to display temperatures in Fahrenheit even when you use it again later.
