To adjust the brightness and contrast of your Dell P3223QE monitor using Dell Display Manager, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Dell Display Manager's notification tray icon to open the Quick Settings dialog box.
2. In the Quick Settings dialog box, select the monitor you want to adjust from the dropdown box if you have multiple monitors connected.
3. In the Basic tab, you can select either Manual Mode or Auto Mode. In Manual Mode, you can manually select a preset mode, and in Auto Mode, a preset mode is applied based on the active application.
4. To adjust the brightness and contrast directly, use the sliders provided in the Basic tab.
5. If you have multiple Dell monitors connected, select "Enable display matrix control" to apply brightness, contrast, and color presets to all monitors.
