To install the APsystems QT2-208 Microinverter, follow these steps:
1. Verify that the grid voltage matches the microinverter rating.
2. Distribute the Y3 AC Bus Cable, ensuring that each connector drop matches the position of the microinverter.
3. Attach the microinverters to the racking, making sure to mount them beneath the PV module(s) and allowing proper air flow.
4. Ground the system either by using the grounding washer attached to the microinverter or by fixing a grounding copper wire to the grounding lug.
5. Connect the microinverter to the AC bus cable by inserting the microinverter AC connector into the trunk cable connector and ensuring a robust connection.
6. Connect the microinverters to the PV modules, making sure to connect each PV panel carefully to the same channel and not split positive and negative DC cables into different input channels.
7. Complete the APsystems installation map by sticking the ID label of each microinverter at the correct location on the map.
8. Turn on the AC circuit breaker on each microinverter AC branch circuit.
9. Turn on the main utility-grid AC circuit breaker.
10. The microinverters will start producing power after approximately one minute, and their data will be available in the EMA Manager APP or the EMA web portal.
Please refer to the APsystems QT2-208 Microinverter Instruction Manual for more detailed instructions and safety precautions.
