To arm the car alarm system, follow these steps:
1. After parking, take the keys off and close all the doors.
2. Press the button "a" on the transmitter to lock the doors.
3. The LED indicator will gleam, the flash light will gleam once, and the siren will emit a "Bi" sound once.
4. The system will be in sound/flash arm status, and the shock sensor will start to work.
5. The transmitter will emit a "B l" sound once, and the icons "a" and " " on the screen will light on.
6. The side door icon will gleam twice, and the background light will also light on.
Note: There is also a silent arm mode available where the siren will not chirp when arming the system. To activate silent arm mode, follow the same steps as above, but press the button only once to lock the doors.
