To measure the absolute power using the UT695D series optical multimeter, follow these steps:
1. Set the test wavelength: Press the corresponding wavelength button on the keypad to select the desired wavelength for measurement.
2. Access the test optical signal: Connect the optical fiber or cable to be tested to the optical power interface of the optical multimeter.
3. Read the measurement result: The LCD screen will display the measured linear value (in mW, nW, uW) and nonlinear value (in dBm) of the absolute optical power.
Note: The measurement range of the UT695D series optical multimeter is -70dBm to +3dBm. The uncertainty of the measurement is ±5%. The optical power meter uses a universal connector (FC/SC/ST) for connection.
For more detailed information and instructions, please refer to the "Operating Instructions" section of the UNI-T UT695D Series Optical Multimeters User Manual.
