To install the MEEC TOOLS 022358 Saw Stand for Crosscut-Mitre Saw, follow these steps:
1. Start by fitting the transport handle onto the frame using two M8 x 14 screws with round head, flat washers, and spring washers. Make sure to firmly tighten the screws.
2. Next, unfold the legs by pressing the release lever on the leg catch and unfolding each leg until the lock pin clicks in place. Repeat this step for all four legs. Ensure that all legs are firmly in contact with the surface.
3. Fit the wheels onto the axles. Attach one wheel to the end of each axle and fasten them with circlips. Make sure the circlips snap into place correctly and hold the wheels firmly.
4. Install the roller supports by fitting the roller support post into the housing. Adjust the roller support to the desired level and tighten the xxxx to lock it in place. Repeat this step for the other roller support. The roller supports can be adjusted lengthwise and vertically by releasing the corresponding lock xxxx .
5. Fit the mitre saw onto the bracket with quick-couplings using the supplied attachment parts (screws, washers, and nuts). Refer to the manual for the specific configuration of the attachment parts.
6. Hook the quick-couplings for the bracket onto the stand. Open the quick-couplings with their handle, lift the mitre saw, and place the brackets on the stand.
7. The stand also features built-in storage compartments for small parts. Pull out the roller supports to access these compartments.
