To install the KODLiN K73242 Trackboard Shifter Peg and Brake Pad, please follow the instructions provided in the manual:
1. For the Trackboard Shifter Peg (K73240):
a. Remove the existing toe/heel shifter.
b. Rub the shoulder bolt through the shifter arm from the backside. For a heel shifter, the arm may need to be removed to facilitate this.
c. Apply medium strength thread locker on the bolt threads and install the bolt through the washer, then into the shifter peg.
d. Align the shifter peg as needed and firmly tighten it to 96-144 in/lbs.
2. For the Trackboard Brake Pad (K73242):
a. Remove the existing brake pad.
b. Align the Trackboard brake pad with the brake arm.
c. Apply medium strength thread locker on the bolt and insert it through the flat washer, then install the bolt through the brake arm into the back of the Trackboard pad.
d. Firmly tighten the bolt to 30-50 in/lbs, but avoid over-tightening.
