To assemble the switch box and handlebar on the NAKAYAMA EM3410 Electric Lawn Mower, please follow these steps:
1. Assembling the switch box:
- Align the groove of the switch box to the guide rail on the handle lever.
- Slide the switch box towards the rear handle until the clips on the switch box are located in position to lock it onto the handle lever. Make sure the assembly indication line is aligned.
2. Assembling the handlebar:
- Insert the lower handles into the holes provided in the deck and secure them with the xxxx module.
- Attach the cable clips to the upper handle.
- Attach the upper handle with bolts and the xxxx module to the lower handles.
- The upper handle is height adjustable. You can fix the handles in position I or II. Ensure that the cable clips are used to fix the cable to the handle.
- Attach the cable to the cable hook, ensuring that there is sufficient cable slack.
