To connect the Goldair GPWF120 35cm Electronic Wall Fan with WiFi to your mobile phone, you will need to follow these steps:
1. Download the Goldair mobile app from the App Store or Google Play on your mobile phone.
2. Open the app and tap on "REGISTER" near the bottom of the screen.
3. Read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
4. Enter your email address and tap on "Obtain verification code".
5. Check your email for the verification code and enter it in the app.
6. Create a password and tap on "Confirm".
7. If you haven't received a verification code, you can tap on the resend button and follow the above steps when you receive the code.
Once your app is registered, you can proceed with pairing the app to your device:
1. Make sure your mobile phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
2. On the home screen of the app, tap on "Add Device" or the "+" icon.
3. Navigate to your device using the categories on the left and tap on the image.
4. Confirm that you are connected to a 2.4GHz network. If your network has both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, you may need to separate them. Please contact your internet provider for instructions.
5. There are two methods to connect: EZ Mode and AP Mode.
EZ Mode:
- Make sure the WiFi LED on your device is flashing rapidly. If not, press and hold the "POWER" button for 5 seconds or until the WiFi icon starts flashing.
- In the app, click on "Confirm indicator rapidly blink" and then "Next".
- Your device will now pair with the app. Make sure your device, modem, and phone are close together with a strong 2.4GHz WiFi signal.
- Once the device is paired, you can rename it and choose a room type.
AP Mode:
- Change the mode from EZ Mode to AP Mode in the app.
- Make sure the WiFi LED on your device is flashing slowly. If not, press and hold the "POWER" button for 5 seconds or until the WiFi icon starts flashing.
- Click on "Confirm indicator slowly blink" and then "Next".
- Click on "Go Connect" to connect to the device's hotspot. Select the network highlighted on the screen in your app.
- Once connected, your device will pair with the app. Make sure your device, modem, and phone are close together.
- After pairing, you can rename the device and choose a room type.
