To adjust the brightness of the Neewer 10095736 USB LED Video Light, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the power button for 1 second. This will activate the dimming mode.
2. Once in dimming mode, you can adjust the brightness level by pressing the power button again.
3. Each press of the power button will increase the brightness level incrementally.
4. Continue pressing the power button until you reach your desired brightness level.
5. Release the power button to set the brightness level.
