To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius on the Omron MC-246 GentleTemp Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press the POWER button for 7 seconds until a beep is emitted.
2. The display will change to the other measurement scale at the time when the beep sounds.
Please note that this thermometer comes with a default temperature display of 37.0°C (98.6°F), and if a temperature other than this is displayed, you can refer to the troubleshooting section of the manual for further instructions.
