According to the user manual, it takes 8 hours to fully charge the Philips Norelco S1560/81 Shaver 2100. It is recommended to charge the shaver before first use and after each use to ensure optimal performance. The charging light on the shaver will indicate the charging status, blinking green when the shaver is charging and lighting up green continuously when the battery is fully charged. After approximately 30 minutes, the charging light will go off to save energy.
