If you encounter a "driver error" or a yellow exclamation mark when using the ZEXMTE 0054 Bluetooth Adapter for PC, it may be due to previously installed Bluetooth drivers or a built-in Bluetooth driver on your computer. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
1. Right-click on the Windows icon.
2. Find and left-click on "Device Manager."
3. Locate "Bluetooth" and choose "Intel(R)Wireless Bluetooth."
4. Select "Disable device" and click on "Yes."
5. Unplug the Bluetooth adapter.
6. Replug in the adapter and it should work properly.
Note: Disabling the built-in Bluetooth driver is necessary to avoid conflicts with the ZEXMTE 0054 Bluetooth Adapter.
