To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit on the ThermoPro TP-19H Digital Instant Read Meat Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the C/°F button for 3 seconds.
2. The display will show either °C or °F, indicating the current temperature unit.
3. Release the button when the desired temperature unit is displayed.
4. The thermometer will remember the selected temperature unit for future use.
Please note that the temperature unit selected will remain when you turn on the thermometer next time.
