To change the pad on the BORMANN BAT1207 Air Grinder, please follow the instructions below:
1. Disconnect the air supply and make sure the grinder is not running.
2. Locate the pad retention nut on the spindle of the grinder.
3. Use a wrench to loosen the pad retention nut by turning it counterclockwise.
4. Once the nut is loose, remove it completely from the spindle.
5. Carefully remove the old pad from the spindle.
6. Align the holes on the new pad with the spindle and slide it onto the spindle.
7. Replace the pad retention nut onto the spindle and tighten it by turning it clockwise with a wrench.
8. Ensure that the nut is securely tightened to prevent any accidents during operation.
9. Reconnect the air supply and test the grinder to ensure the pad is properly installed.
