To assemble the BORMANN BCG1601 Floor Sander Cart, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Split the thread bushing and xxxx .
Step 2: Use the Hex wrench to xxxx the thread bushing onto the exposed heads of four screws on your grinder.
Step 3: Press the junction plate of the support frame to the top of the thread bushing according to the four holes. Use a HEX wrench to turn the screws into the thread bushing to ensure a secure connection between the machine and the support frame.
Step 4: Adjust the height of the handle by following the instructions provided in Sketch II.
Step 5: Change the direction of the handle as shown in Sketch III.
Step 6: Connect the grinder's plug to the outlet in a switch box, and then push the button to "ON" to start the grinder.
Step 7: Grip the two handles and drive the machine for working.
