To connect the VABIRA FH-100 PAR Meter to your smartphone, you need to follow these steps:
1. Install the "Tuya Smart" app on your smartphone. You can either scan the QR code provided in the user guide or download the app from the App Store or Android market.
2. Sign up and log in to the "Tuya Smart" app using your account. If you don't have an account, you need to sign up first.
3. Install the battery in the PAR Meter.
4. Press the bottom switch " " to turn on the PAR Meter.
5. Press and hold the bottom switch " " of the PAR Meter until the green light flashes quickly. This puts the meter in pairing mode.
6. In the "Tuya Smart" app, click "Add Device" or click "+" in the upper right corner.
7. Click "Auto Scan" and grant access to your location and ensure that Bluetooth is turned on.
8. Click "Start scanning" to search for the PAR Meter.
9. Once the PAR Meter is found, click "Next" or "Go to add" to proceed.
10. Follow the on-screen instructions specific to your smartphone type. For Android, slide to the rightmost interface and click "Next". For iPhone, agree to use your Wi-Fi or phone network, agree to Tuya's agreement, agree to obtain your location, and agree to turn on Bluetooth.
11. When the connection is successful, ensure that the green light of the meter is flashing quickly.
12. You can now use the PAR Meter through the app. Select the type of light source you want to test (LED, CMH, HPS, or SUNLIGHT) and the corresponding Lux/FC or PPFD values will appear on the interface.
Note: Once you have initially connected the PAR Meter to the app, you only need to press the bottom switch for about 1 second to turn on the meter for subsequent uses. Make sure Bluetooth and the Tuya software are open, and you can use the meter without pairing it with the phone every time.
