To install the BORMANN PRO BIW4020 Inverter Plasma Cutter, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the power plug is connected to the correct voltage (230V) and not to a higher voltage class (e.g., 380V AC power).
2. Make sure the power line and power switch have good contact to prevent oxidation.
3. Mount the air pipe tightly to the "IN" and "OUT" terminals of the air regulator.
4. Install the air regulator at the back of the machine according to the diagram provided in the manual.
5. Unscrew the plastic nut and fix the reducing valve to the net frame as shown in the diagram.
6. Adjust the aeration xxxx on the air regulator to set the desired air pressure. Increase air pressure by rotating towards "+" and decrease it by rotating towards "-". Press down the air pressure regulation xxxx after adjusting.
7. Connect the output terminal of the compressor to the input terminal of the air regulator using an air vessel. Connect the output terminal of the air regulator to the copper tube at the back of the machine using a high-pressure air pipe.
8. Connect the cutting torch to the negative "-" terminal and the earth clamp to the positive "+" terminal.
9. Connect the cutting torch joint to the front panel of the machine.
10. Install the cutting torch by following the sequence provided in the manual. Make sure to tighten the torch with a slight strength at the end. Install the nozzle and protective casing correctly in the specified sequence.
Note: Remember to turn off the machine each time you change or check the nozzle.
