To clean the TRiSTAR FR-6949 Deep Fryer, follow these steps:
1. Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for it to cool down.
2. Remove the lid and basket.
3. Remove the oil container and pour out the oil. It is recommended to filter the oil after each use if you plan to reuse it.
4. After removing the oil container, the fryer can be divided into several separate assemblies for cleaning.
5. The removable oil container can be immersed in water to clean.
6. Wipe the control box and heating element clean with absorbent paper towels. Then use a damp cloth and mild soap to clean them. Do not immerse the control box and heating element in water.
7. Dry thoroughly all parts.
8. Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or steel wool, as they can damage the device.
9. Never immerse the device underwater, as it and its various parts are not dishwasher-proof.
It is important to properly clean the deep fryer after each use to maintain its performance and prolong its lifespan.
